SGCE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,805 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEG10, RAI14, and NID2. Each is linked with SGCE in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCE-to-partner and partner-to-SGCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGCE versus PEG10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
