SGCE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,910 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX, ASPN, and SGIP1. Each is linked with SGCE in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCE-to-partner and partner-to-SGCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGCE versus SRPX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
