Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCE mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, mTOR_pS2448, and STAT5a. Each is linked with SGCE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCE-to-partner and partner-to-SGCE results are reported.
