SGCE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGCE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D21, TSPY2, and FABP12. Each is linked with SGCE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCE-to-partner and partner-to-SGCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D21 grouped by SGCE-low versus SGCE-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
