SGCB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,455 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, PARVA, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with SGCB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCB-to-partner and partner-to-SGCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGCB versus MAP1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
