Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,631 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SGCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCD, PABPC5, and MYL9. Each is linked with SGCB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCB-to-partner and partner-to-SGCB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGCB versus SGCD in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
