Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,287 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cilium assembly, Cell division, and Regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SGCB in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCB-to-partner and partner-to-SGCB results are reported.
