Across TCGA cell cohorts, SGCB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISP1 and GSG1L2. Each is linked with SGCB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCB-to-partner and partner-to-SGCB results are reported.
