SGCA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,265 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB2, SLC8A3, and TCL1A. Each is linked with SGCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCA-to-partner and partner-to-SGCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SGCA versus ASB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
