SGCA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,341 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-84P, POTEC, and MIR610. Each is linked with SGCA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCA-to-partner and partner-to-SGCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-84P grouped by SGCA-low versus SGCA-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
