SGCA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SGCA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SGCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, p62 Lck ligand, and PDCD4. Each is linked with SGCA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCA-to-partner and partner-to-SGCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SGCA-low versus SGCA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SGCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SGCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
