The most reproducible SGCA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of blood pressure by epinephrine-norepinephrine, Actin filament depolymerization, and Actin polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with SGCA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SGCA-to-partner and partner-to-SGCA results are reported.
