Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFXN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,305 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SFXN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actomyosin structure organization, Regulation of actin filament bundle assembly, and Regulation of leukocyte differentiation. Each is linked with SFXN4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFXN4-to-partner and partner-to-SFXN4 results are reported.
