SFXN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFXN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,565 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFXN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPFIBP1, MMP14, and MYOF. Each is linked with SFXN3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFXN3-to-partner and partner-to-SFXN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFXN3 versus PPFIBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
