SFXN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFXN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,750 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFXN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM6, MCM7, and RFC1_T506. Each is linked with SFXN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFXN1-to-partner and partner-to-SFXN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFXN1 versus MCM6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFXN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFXN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
