SFTPA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,731 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS2, PUS7, and MDC1_S882. Each is linked with SFTPA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPA2-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
