SFTPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFTPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLL2, OR10S1, and DCANP1. Each is linked with SFTPA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTPA1-to-partner and partner-to-SFTPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLL2 grouped by SFTPA1-low versus SFTPA1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
