SFTA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFTA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFTA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P41, RN7SKP142, and ATF4P1. Each is linked with SFTA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFTA3-to-partner and partner-to-SFTA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFTA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFTA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
