SFSWAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFSWAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,190 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFSWAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF14, HJURP, and KIF20B. Each is linked with SFSWAP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFSWAP-to-partner and partner-to-SFSWAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFSWAP versus KIF14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFSWAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFSWAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
