SFRP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,689 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFRP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, COMP, and THBS2. Each is linked with SFRP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP2-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFRP2 versus CNN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
