SFRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,874 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL15A1, ITGA7, and DMD. Each is linked with SFRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFRP1 versus COL15A1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
