Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,051 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SFRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRDL1, MEDAG, and MGP. Each is linked with SFRP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFRP1 versus CHRDL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
