SFRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with SFRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by SFRP1-low versus SFRP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
