SFRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, OR52H1, and IQCF6. Each is linked with SFRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP1-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by SFRP1-low versus SFRP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
