SFN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,983 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDCP1, SFN_S74, and NCOA1_S569. Each is linked with SFN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFN-to-partner and partner-to-SFN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFN versus CDCP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
