Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF3B5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,855 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF3B5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SASS6, GAS5, and VRK1. Each is linked with SF3B5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3B5-to-partner and partner-to-SF3B5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SF3B5 versus SASS6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF3B5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF3B5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
