Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF3B5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF3B5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-11P, BCAR1P2, and GPR32P1. Each is linked with SF3B5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3B5-to-partner and partner-to-SF3B5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-11P grouped by SF3B5-low versus SF3B5-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF3B5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF3B5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
