Across TCGA cell cohorts, SF3B4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,526 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF3B4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosome conformational change to release U4 (or U4atac) and U1 (or U11), U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with SF3B4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3B4-to-partner and partner-to-SF3B4 results are reported.
