Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF3B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,938 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF3B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CWC22, HNRNPA3, and MTDH_S426. Each is linked with SF3B1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3B1-to-partner and partner-to-SF3B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SF3B1 versus CWC22 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
