Across TCGA cell cohorts, SF3B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,187 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF3B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Late viral transcription, Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule, and Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with SF3B1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3B1-to-partner and partner-to-SF3B1 results are reported.
