Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,256 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01424, NEK2, and PCID2. Each is linked with SF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF1-to-partner and partner-to-SF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SF1 versus LINC01424 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
