SF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,598 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCKAP5, ITGAE, and CCL4. Each is linked with SF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF1-to-partner and partner-to-SF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCKAP5 grouped by SF1-low versus SF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
