Across TCGA cell cohorts, SF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,937 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with SF1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF1-to-partner and partner-to-SF1 results are reported.
