SEZ6L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEZ6L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,168 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEZ6L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12A, PPP1R12B, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with SEZ6L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEZ6L-to-partner and partner-to-SEZ6L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEZ6L versus HSPA12A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEZ6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEZ6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
