SETSIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETSIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,438 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETSIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB3, CYTH4, and LGALS1. Each is linked with SETSIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETSIP-to-partner and partner-to-SETSIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETSIP versus CRYBB3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETSIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETSIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
