SETSIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETSIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,833 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETSIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDLIM1, ZNF600, and PRAG1. Each is linked with SETSIP in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETSIP-to-partner and partner-to-SETSIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETSIP versus PDLIM1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETSIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETSIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
