SETP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,554 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, FNBP1, and GRAP2. Each is linked with SETP9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETP9-to-partner and partner-to-SETP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETP9 versus CORO1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
