Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,076 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBE1, PLOD1, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with SETP6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETP6-to-partner and partner-to-SETP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETP6 versus GBE1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
