Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SETP6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SETP6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SETP6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SETP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and GBM show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and LUSC are the cancer types where SETP6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
