SETP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,479 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCBP2P2, SETP14, and HNRNPKP4. Each is linked with SETP4 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETP4-to-partner and partner-to-SETP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETP4 versus PCBP2P2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
