Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,488 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Protein polyubiquitination, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with SETP11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETP11-to-partner and partner-to-SETP11 results are reported.
