Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETMAR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETMAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Rab25, and ATM. Each is linked with SETMAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETMAR-to-partner and partner-to-SETMAR results are reported.
