Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETDB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,272 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETDB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with SETDB1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETDB1-to-partner and partner-to-SETDB1 results are reported.
