SETD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,129 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translational elongation, Positive regulation of rRNA processing, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with SETD9 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD9-to-partner and partner-to-SETD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translational elongation grouped by SETD9-low versus SETD9-high in ACC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
