Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,501 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMED4, FAM155A, and RPL7AP26. Each is linked with SETD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD9-to-partner and partner-to-SETD9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD9 versus TMED4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
