Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 139 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-13P, MTCYBP45, and RN7SL150P. Each is linked with SETD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD9-to-partner and partner-to-SETD9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-13P grouped by SETD9-low versus SETD9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
