SETD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,132 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, EDC4, and NUP133. Each is linked with SETD6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD6-to-partner and partner-to-SETD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD6 versus DHX38 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
