Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,232 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are P4HA1, INHBE, and THORLNC. Each is linked with SETD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD5-to-partner and partner-to-SETD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD5 versus P4HA1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
