SETD1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,785 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, BUB3, and DHX9. Each is linked with SETD1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1A-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD1A versus SF3B3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
