SETD1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ASNS, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with SETD1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1A-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by SETD1A-low versus SETD1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
